Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Marketplace Specialist in Vienna.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a dashboard of Buys available for bid on the marketplace
  • Provide training to new clients regarding how to optimize their use of the marketplace
  • Troubleshoot marketplace user difficulties via phone and email

Qualifications Include:

  • Based out of Vienna, VA headquarters, but can work from home after on-site training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Interest in e-commerce, procurement, government industries
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work well within a team
