Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Remote Marketplace Success Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Engaging families and tutors throughout their entire MSMP+ experience
Supervising virtual instruction from time to time to ensure tutors and students are supported
Responding quickly and follow through on the needs and requests of families and tutors

Required Skills:

1+ year of proven success in a remote work environment
3+ years in a customer support or sales role
Superior written and oral skills
Experience with various technology platforms
Demonstrated professional, friendly phone and email communication skills and etiquette
