Job Summary
A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Marrow Donation Workup Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing donor needs and concerns
- Communicating case progress with the Case Manager and dono
- Maintaining accurate and concurrent documentation and records
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some travel may be required
- Associate degree in nursing or other related field, or 3 years' equivalent education/experience
- Four years of patient interaction or care experience within a healthcare setting
- Knowlege of medical terminology, case-note documentation, and medical histories
- Strong customer service skills and ability to apply concepts of active listening
- Well-developed interpersonal skills dealing with people of different cultures and styles
