Remote Mastercard Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A financial services and workforce payment solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Mastercard Operations Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide daily direction to associates
• Ensure associates are adhering to schedules and that service levels are achieved on a daily basis
• Work daily with VE Operations leadership team on managing service levels by ensuring timely completion of assigned support cases

Required Skills:

• High School diploma
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed to meet departmental guidelines
• Computer literate, especially with Windows applications. Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft programs
• Salesforce experience required with Vendor Enrollment data and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
