A design company has a current position open for a Remote Material Artist.
Must be able to:
- Interpret a mood board
- Define a material style
- Create a set of tileable materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 1 year of experience creating high-quality materials in the video game industry
- Extremely proficient in Substance Designer
- Solid understanding of PBR workflows, UVs, and surface/light interaction
- Portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency in material creation
- A comprehensive understanding of non-vverlapping UVs for game engines
