Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Material Damage Auto Claims Representative in the Albany Area.
Must be able to:
- Investigate multiple lines claims pertaining to material damage first-party and property damage
- Receive claims assignments consisting of insured and claimant accident reports
- Adjust, negotiate and settle justified claims for proper amounts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend company training classes
- Four year degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years working in a Claims environment
- Excellent verbal and writing skills
- Contact with insureds, claimants, and attorneys (primarily phone, some personal)
