Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Material Damage Team Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Clearly defining, documenting, and communicating performance expectations
- Monitoring and documenting ongoing performance utilizing objective data and subjective observations
- Recommending employees for promotions, salary adjustments, and termination as necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May need to travel on short notice
- 3+ years’ experience with automobile physical damage estimating and/or repair
- Good analytical skills necessary to evaluate production staffing requirements
- Familiarity with computer estimating system(s) and auto construction and repair techniques
- Must apply for and maintain all applicable licenses required
