Remote Material Review Manager

Job Summary

Managing promotional content review processes, the contract Remote Material Review Manager will facilitate cross-functional approvals, serve as a Veeva Vault PromoMats expert, and drive process improvements while collaborating with brands and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate Medical/Regulatory meetings to ensure efficient review processes and decision-making
• Ensure promotional materials are reviewed by cross-functional teams in compliance with Quality Policies
• Provide expert guidance on the approval process and contribute to the development of new content review workflows

Required qualifications:

• Three to five years of professional experience in content management or MLR review
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership and initiative in project management
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats and digital asset management platforms
• Experience with Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus
