Job Summary
A global healthcare comp is filling a position for a Remote Maternity and NICU RN Case Manager in Woodward.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing a complete continuum of quality care through close communication with members via in-person or on-phone interaction
- Coaching and motivating member to take action to reduce risk of pregnancy and post-partum complications
- Effectively screening for high risk maternity situations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Case Management experience
- Certification in Case Management (CCM)
- Bilingual skills and Clinical experience in obstetrics and NICU
- Experience working with the needs of vulnerable populations who have chronic or complex bio-psychosocial needs
- Current, unrestricted Oklahoma RN license
