Job Summary
A care management provider for newborns has an open position for a Remote Maternity Care Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Conduct outreach to members
- Provide information to members regarding client’s benefits
- Assist with locating community resources
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience in customer service in a healthcare environment
- A minimum of 1-year experience in Insurance/payor environment required
- Must be proficient at an intermediate to advanced level in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
- Working knowledge of healthcare terminology
