Job Summary

A care management provider has a current position open for a Remote Maternity Program Case Management Supervisor in Plymouth Meeting.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting team members and clients in the day-to-day operations of Case Management Department
• Meeting with staff regularly to touch base
• Providing coverage for CM caseload as needed for emergency coverage

Required Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unrestricted license
• Three or more years of experience in a Case Management role
• Three or more years of clinical experience in OB/L&D or related area
• Experience in a team lead or supervisory role managing nursing staff is desired
• CCM certification required within the timeframe specified by company policy
• Must have good computer skills and be familiar with using Microsoft Office
