Job Summary
A curriculum development company is filling a position for a Remote Math Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and managing a robust vision and program
- Leading the creation, revision, and curation of math content
- Training and coaching contracted staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comprehensive experience with the Common Core shifts and standards in math
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in math teaching and learning in K-12 schools
- Significant experience implementing teaching and learning initiatives
- Deep knowledge of best practices for adult professional learning
- A minimum of 5 years in working in school as a math teacher, coach, or curriculum director
- A bachelor’s degree
