Job Summary
A learning company has an open position for a Remote Mathematics Curriculum Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze standards and frameworks for grades 3-8 mathematics
- Contribute to user testing for activity concepts related to math for grades 3-5
- Review activities for developmental appropriateness and instructional integrity
Position Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in the field of education, with an emphasis on mathematics
- Minimum of 5+ years teaching math in grades ranging from 3 to 8
- Exemplary writing skills with an emphasis on clarity, organization, and precision
- Exemplary communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrable deep understanding of mathematics content area knowledge
- Experience conducting analyses of concepts, principles, skills, and data
