Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote MCS Senior Specialist II.

Must be able to:

  • Install server hardware, Windows OS, SQL Server, Virtual Technologies, NextGen Healthcare Products and Ancillary applications
  • Independently analyze and identify complex problems within software
  • Monitor LAN and WAN components, traffic, operational equipment, system performance, system backups and system security

Required Skills:

  • 4 + years of related experience working with Hosted solutions
  • Experience with desktops, servers, networks, and help desk style troubleshooting
  • Has performed independent server installations
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Virtualization
