A financial indemnity company is in need of a Remote MD Telephone Claims Representative II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing an investigative plan
• Evaluating settlement alternatives by reviewing regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Determining subrogation or fraud potential

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Successfully completes Claim Representative trainee program
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Obtain/Maintain appropriate licensing or educational requirements
• Demonstrate proficiency in file audits to agreed standard of efficient claims quality
• High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
