Job Summary
Working remotely full-time from Thursday to Monday, 10am to 7pm EST, the Remote MDS Estimator will manage mitigation assignments by writing estimates in Xactimate and Cotality, ensuring effective communication among Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurance companies.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage mitigation assignments from start to finish
- Write detailed Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Cotality
- Communicate updates and maintain accurate assignment records for the team
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of estimating experience in Cotality or Symbility
- Xactimate estimating experience required
- Comfortable using various software systems in a data entry-heavy role
