Remote MDS Estimator
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote MDS Estimator will manage mitigation assignments by writing detailed estimates in Xactimate and Cotality, while ensuring effective communication among Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurance companies from Wednesday to Sunday, 9am - 6pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Track mitigation assignments from beginning to end and maintain accurate assignment records
- Communicate claim updates between Rytech Field Technicians and customers, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Write detailed Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Cotality
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of estimating experience in Cotality (formerly CoreLogic) or Symbility
- Xactimate estimating experience
- Comfortable using different software systems in a data entry heavy, desk-oriented role
