Job Summary

A consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Mechanical Engineer in the Southeast.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting commissioning, retro-commissioning energy audits and limited design assistance services
  • Performing field inspections of properties
  • Collecting relevant information to help redesign Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs)

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel on short notice (1 week or less)
  • BS in Engineering or related fields
  • Must be able to obtain DoD Security Clearance
  • Experienced in commissioning of new construction buildings
  • 4+ years of experience with building HVAC/MEP systems design
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE standards
