Job Summary
A for-profit university has a current position open for a Remote Mechanical Engineering Faculty Member.
Must be able to:
- Provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment
- Incorporate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience of students
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Mechanical Engineering from a regionally accredited educational institution
- Teaching and/or industrial experience in mechanical engineering and/or manufacturing
- Proficiency with Machine Tool Technology, CNC G-Code programming, and CAD/CAM software
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Creo Parametric or Pro-E, and Siemens PLM software
- Strong background in control systems, instrumentation and measurements, mechanical systems
- Comfortable with technology and its integration in the classroom.
