A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medhost EDIS Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing Support Services for Medhost ED and related applications
- Troubleshooting user errors and provide timely and high-quality customer service
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing fixes to reduce future errors
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-6 weeks of training onsite
- 5+ years experience working with and supporting Medhost ED application
- Extensive knowledge of ED and clinical workflows
- Bachelor's Degree
