Job Summary
A media and marketing solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Media and Marketing Customer Retention Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Exceeding productivity standards
- Taking ownership of all customer concerns
- Ensuring all customers’ concerns are investigated and resolved
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of effective negotiation techniques
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of products, guidelines, procedures, and CSC operating systems
- Demonstrate the ability to diffuse situations
- Must be able to accurately complete basic math calculations
