Job Summary
A media and marketing solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Media and Marketing Website Support Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Establishing regular check ins with team members both individually and as a group
- Managing the Tier 1 process and documentation requirements for all tickets processed

- 4+ years of management experience
- Experience at a high growth company with distributed operations
