Job Summary
A media company has an open position for a Remote Media Customer Retention Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Lead workshops, and effectively align the company around a vision and approach
- Lead through ambiguity and designing complex flows and customer journeys
- Execute to launch impactful experience change
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of effective negotiation techniques used to quickly resolve escalated customer issues
- Demonstrate the ability to diffuse situations, utilize effective negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize work, manage time, and work successfully in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment
- Must have an in-depth knowledge of products, guidelines, procedures, and CSC operating systems
