Job Summary
A B2B event and media company has an open position for a Remote Media Customer Service Representative in Duluth.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails promptly
- Following up on customer inquiries and research to assure satisfactory completion
- Placing outbound calls to solicit information encourage attendance and/or purchase additional products and register for the events
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficient data entry skills with knowledge of computers and using the internet
- High school degree or equivalent plus two years customer service experience
- Software including, but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel and other office equipment
- Call center experience
- Knowledge of correct office protocol and professionalism in a business environment
