Required Skills:

• Experience building large, complex systems
• Proven experience building, managing, and motivating a diverse distributed team
• 15+ years (20+ preferred) of progressive technology experience, with 10+ years in a leadership function
• Demonstrated experience of promoting culture
• Masters / Bachelors degree required in Computer Science or equivalent experience
