Job Summary

A media management company is in need of a Remote Media Inside Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Consistently analyze the performance of your team, and provide consistent coaching and direction as needed
• Interview qualified candidates as potential additions to an aggressively growing team
• Build, lead, and hold accountability across a team of high performing Lead Development Representatives

Qualifications Include:

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Possesses a strong desire to win' and grow company revenues as well as personal earnings
• 5-7+ years of sales experience, with 3-5+ years of Inside Sales management experience
• Passion for sales leadership, development, and mentorship
