Job Summary

A media company is in need of a Remote Media Research Engagement Project Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working to assist project managers teams with the coordination of resources
• Organizing projects with the goal of getting them completed on time
• Assisting technical teams and assisting in resolving technical issue

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years project coordination experience with a proven record of successfully partnering with PMs
• Working knowledge of the Agile/Waterfall and Scrum Methodology
• Ability to drive meetings, document minutes and actions of meetings
• Experience in facilitating communication
• Associates Degree in Business, or other related technical fields, or equivalent
• Proficient in Google Suites (Slides, Docs, Sheets), MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), and Smartsheet
