Job Summary
A media and marketing solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Media Sales Operations Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the resource for all sales process, business systems, reporting systems, sales tools, and products
- Support all local or virtual office employees in tools training and troubleshooting
- Conduct weekly technical, product and operational training sessions with their team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Training, Sales, Customer Service or related field
- Able to help ensure region is compliant with LocaliQ's systems and policies
- Able to monitor client retention
