- Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly, pipeline and new business metrics

Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years affiliate/referral program management experience, building and running successful programs
- Experience with growth programs
- Experience with recruitment of affiliates and referrers
- Experience with various affiliate program software / interfaces
- Experience building internal processes to support channel and external efforts
