Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Medial Coding Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing oversight of operations for the department responsible for HCC/Clinical Quality Coding, risk adjustment
  • Providing employee coaching, counseling and evaluation of performance
  • Monitoring staff compliance regarding departmental policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications Include:

  • Must travel to Dallas, TX for 3 weeks of on-site training
  • 5 years of professional coding experience
  • Requires a CCS or Registered Health Information Technician/Administrator (RHIT / RHIA)
  • Requires Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field
  • Must have experience with Epic EMR
  • 5 years hands on experience with Medicare and Commercially Adjusted Risk Plans
