Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medicaid Client Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Develop strategies and execute plans to identify, target, and secure new sales to achieve goals in growth, profitability, retention, and strategic value
- Design and implement standard and customized bundles of DBG services to seize unique cost-of-care and quality improvement opportunities for client groups
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS in health care related field
- 7 years of experience in account management, sales and/or operations in the health care industry
- A successful track record of selling specialty care/benefit management services and technology for leading healthcare companies to target customers
- Experience with Medicaid insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- An active listening skills
