Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medicaid Inpatient Review Registered Nurse Manager II in New York City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and evaluating performance of direct reports
• Engaging in the development and implementation of integrated medical management programs
• Taking the lead within assigned area on ensuring the unit is positioned and prepared to execute on quality initiatives and activities

Required Skills:

• Following training in the NY office, you will be able to work from home on average 3 days/week
• Requires a BA/BS in a related Health/Nursing field
• 6 years of experience as aligned to appropriate license, including 3 years prior management experience
• Current, active, unrestricted RN license in the state of NY
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Must be computer literate, able to work with web-based applications on multiple screens simultaneously
