A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Accounts and Personnel Head.

Must be able to:

• Develop, lead, ensure appropriate skill set
• Assign clients  to your team  and provide progression planning for all staff
• Manage resource allocations and provide allocation performance reports to leadership

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Pharma or medical device industry knowledge
• Project management tools and digital marketing experience
• Budgeting tools, funnel planning, CRM, and quality management systems experience
• 10 years of experience in a related field
• Proven experience as an Account leader as well as in other managerial positions
