Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Affairs Field Excellence Associate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing outcome-driven data analysis
- Identifying gaps in performance and soliciting stakeholder improvement
- Creating and enabling field medical excellence through the implementation of solutions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
- 5 years experience in pharmaceutical or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and perform analysis on key organizational performance
- Demonstrated experience with providing advanced data insights
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of analysis tools
