Job Summary
A provider of medical alert systems solutions is filling a position for a Remote Medical Alert Customer Care Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming telephone calls from customers and/or caregivers needing assistance
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or effectively using the products or services
- Performing account updates as needed and thoroughly document conversations to keep customer records complete and current
