Job Summary

A provider of medical alert systems solutions is filling a position for a Remote Medical Alert Customer Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls from customers and/or caregivers needing assistance
  • Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or effectively using the products or services
  • Performing account updates as needed and thoroughly document conversations to keep customer records complete and current

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma
  • Computer proficient with the ability to multi-task
