Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Medical Analysis and Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead operational and financial support of implementation of Payor Contracting business plan
- Develop standard management reports using new Salesforce platform
- Educate Payor Contracting team on legislative, regulatory, and market developments
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong track record of success as a manager and emerging leader in a complex, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships across internal constituents
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related Healthcare administration
- Minimum of 10 years in progressive roles in payor and/or provider organizations
- Demonstrated analytical, project management, and leadership skills
- Sounds understanding of provider revenue cycle, most importantly contract load and testing
