Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical and Clinical Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directing comprehensive, holistic strategy development and initial implementation in LOB
- Acting as a strategic thought leader and enterprise-wide medical cost SME for SOS
- Providing oversight and direction thru a comprehensive lens of value and an Organized System of Care
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 25 % of the time
- 8 years' experience in business plan management with accountability for financial results
- 5 years' demonstrated staff management experience
- Master's degree in business, health care management or related field, or 12 years of applicable experience
- 3 years in healthcare business management, managed care or health plan management
- 5 years' experience in practice management or administration of healthcare quality programs
