Job Summary
A health insurance company that offers plans for individuals, families, and businesses is filling a position for a Remote Medical Assistant Specialist in Miami.
Must be able to:
- Provide support for your Care Team, including virtual MDs, Advanced Practitioners and Nurses
- Be available as needed to help resolve member issues
- Serve as the first point of contact for all member escalations
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience as a Medical Assistant or similar certification and education
- Must be available some nights and weekends as well as some on-call rotations
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Experience as a supervisor or leader
- Customer service skills and experience
