Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledgeable of basic HIPAA requirements
- Confident in taking calls related to sensitive medical conditions
- Knowledgeable about basic medical terminology
- Formal education or experience in the medical field
- Able to consistently deliver an excellent customer experience
- Experienced in working in a medical field for at least one year
