A contact center has an open position for a Remote Medical Benefits Verification Call Center Representative in Miami.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking calls from doctors, hospitals and patients
- Performing benefits verification
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience working as a Customer Service associate, Customer Care representative, Call Center representative, etc
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
- Must have a dedicated/closed workspace
- Must pass a thorough a criminal background check prior to joining
- Must be computer literate
