Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Biller to manage comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management operations for a telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, ensuring accurate data capture and compliance
• Accurately code telehealth visits and submit medical claims, managing the complete billing lifecycle
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding claims, and manage denial appeals and resolutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required, with formal training in medical billing or coding
• Current or willingness to obtain medical billing certifications within 12 months
• Demonstrated telehealth billing experience and knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes
• Experience with medical billing software and practice management systems
• Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
