Job Summary

A virtual speech therapy practice has a current position open for a Remote Medical Billing Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing and validating the accuracy and coverage of ICD-10 codes
• Conducting audits of client records
• Assisting in researching medical policies

Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience working as a billing clerk, client intake services, or medical front office representative
• In-depth knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, Commercial Payers, HSAs/FSAs, Medicaid, and Medicare
• Well versed in claims processing and research
• Adept at interacting with a wide variety of insurance plans in multiple states each day
