Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Billing Customer Service Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Support one of our dedicated accounts
  • Handle inbound calls, email, or chat support for a single account
  • Follow a guided process and log each call in our Customer Relationship Management system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Medical background/Billing experience
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
