A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Medical Broker Agent Service Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assigning corrective actions from a case management tool utilizing an assignment crosswalk.
- Reconciling remediation module assignments
- Monitoring completion of Complaint Education Contact and Corrective Action Response outreach coaching requests
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 1+ years of experience in the healthcare, insurance, or financial services industry
- 6+ months of telephonic customer service experience
- Microsoft Office experience including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
