Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Medical Business Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Gaining deep understanding and analyze data related to growth, operations, service quality, and gross margin
• Generating and communicating data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders across Care, Growth, Product, and Finance teams
• Developing and maintaining automated reporting, dashboards, and visualizations

Required Skills:

• 2+ years in a business operations/data analytics role at a high-growth startup, in management/economic consulting, or in a similar
• B.A./B.S. degree in technical or business fields
• Advanced skills in working with Google sheets/Excel and BI tools
• Experience with SQL and comfort querying data from data warehouses
• An ability to think strategically and critically with exceptional quantitative analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with ability to summarize and present key insights to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
