Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Business Systems Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Conduct interviews to gather new requirements autonomously
• Lead or perform analysis of business and user needs
• Communicate the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of professional experience a technical and analytical, preferably healthcare, role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of project or team lead experience
• Good understanding of writing user stories/acceptance criteria that meet INVEST criteria
• Experience in identifying requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and defining business process flows
• Demonstrates leadership ability in Agile methods, processes, and teams
