  • Building and updating 1200+ paper forms, electronic forms, dashboards, websites, and libraries
  • Troubleshooting forms issues and escalating to Manager when additional appropriate support is needed
  • Serving as the primary resources for communication to operational partners

  • Able to build, testing, and maintenance of forms in various systems
