Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Call Center Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with patients or referring physicians to schedule exams and gather all pertinent data
- Scheduling appointments according to established guidelines
- Spending a significant portion of the day communicating directly with customers, via telephone
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to three years of experience in a healthcare or high volume call center environment
- Medical terminology experience for radiology procedures
- Must be able to work independently
