Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Call Center Customer Service Representative in Irvine.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting insurance research on behalf of patients to determine if they are eligible for their prescribed therapy
- Documenting calls in appropriate tracking system
- Handling incoming calls from customers, and place outgoing calls to patients and healthcare partners
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic Computer Skills
- Customer Service (2 years of experience is required)
- Typing and Data Entry skills
- High School (required)
