A company is looking for a Medical Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound and make outbound calls while providing excellent customer service
Gather and review patient billing and medical information
Operate according to Federal Health Care Program guidelines and work with carriers for medication coverage

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year recent call center experience
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
